Reset password - manual procedure

If access to the Customer Area could not be restored via the automatic procedure, please follow these three steps to reset/restore your username and password for the Customer Area (Control Panel).

Step 1

Download the application form

Step 2

  1. Print the application form.
  2. Fill out the form completely.
  3. Scan the completed form or take a picture of it with your cell phone.

Step 3

  1. Fill out the online form below.
  2. Attach by upload the application form.
  3. (Private accounts) Add a copy of your identification documents/ID via upload.
    (Accepted formats: PDF, GIF, PNG or JPG)
