Request for auth-code

If you wish to transfer your domain to another Registrar, you will certainly be asked for the code auth-code (some companies call this code EPP code). This is an alphanumeric code that is given exclusively to the domain manager so that no one can transfer your domain without your authorisation.

How to request the auth-code from your Control Panel

  1. Access your customer area on https://www.swizzonic.ch.
If you do not remember how to do this, follow this guide.
  1. Select the domain name you wish to use
  1. Click on the icon Domain&DNS
  1. Then click on the link Auth-info code

IMPORTANT

For some extensions you can find the Auth Code directly on the page (e.g. .com, .net, .org).

For other extensions (e.g. .it), you will find a button to request that the code be automatically sent directly to the email address of the domain owner.

For many other extensions, including international ones, it is not possible to retrieve the auth-code independently, and instead a Support Request must be opened from the control panel, selecting the DOMAINS item

ATTENTION

If you are the assignee (owner) of a domain registered with Swizzonic.ch but do not have direct access to the Customer Area, you can apply directly for your Authorization Code (auth-code) by sending the following form via ticket (at https://tickets.swizzonic.ch)

Download the auth-code application form now!

Remember that you will have to fill in all the required fields and, if you request the auth-code to an email address other than the one currently set as the domain assignee email, you will also need to attach a copy of a valid identity document!
