Restore lost email password
If you have forgotten or lost the password for your email account you will need to enter a new one in the EMAIL section of your Swizzonic cPanel.
In this article we will show you how to do it.
- Access your Swizzonic cPanel
- In the Email section click on Email Accounts
- Click on the Manage button next to the email address for which you wish to change your password
- In the New Password field, enter the password you wish to use for the e-mail address. Remember that the password must have a security level of 65
- Click on UPDATE EMAIL SETTINGS
Your new password will be active within a few moments.
HINTS
The management area you have reached allows you to modify any parameter of the email address and also includes the possibility of deleting the address.
